$99 / Month Per Pet

The cost of a single emergency consultation (exam) is $148, if you used this program once per month it saves you $49 on the consultation fee alone. It also allows for unlimited rechecks at no cost. Plus, you get 20% off of all other services performed at Tyler Animal Emergency Hospital.

The average pet emergency can cost anywhere from $2500 - $5000 and most pet owners will experience at least one emergency per year. Unfortunately, almost 80% of pet owners do not plan for this or have the funds readily available to cover the emergency. This program provides can provide $1000 or more in savings alone. Not to mention the peace of mind that you can have your pet evaluated after hours at no charge.

Terms and Conditions: Emerald Elite - ER VIP Program

1. Membership Duration:

1.1 The Emerald Elite - ER VIP Program ("the Program") requires a minimum initial term of six (6) months, starting from the date of enrollment.

1.2 After the initial six (6) month term, the membership will continue on a month-to-month basis until canceled in accordance with the terms outlined herein.

2. Cancellation Requests:

2.1 To cancel the membership, the member must submit a written cancellation request at least thirty (30) days prior to the desired cancellation date.

2.2 Cancellation requests can be submitted through email, postal mail, or any other acceptable means of written communication as determined by the company.

2.3 The company will send an email confirmation of cancellation to the member within a reasonable time frame upon receiving the cancellation request.

2.4 Initial six (6) month term is completed before a cancelation can be processed. 

3. Company Cancellation:

3.1 The company reserves the right to cancel the Program at any time, with a minimum of thirty (30) days’ notice to the members.

4. Enrollment Process:

4.1 To enroll a pet in the Emerald Elite - ER VIP Program, members must join using the link online or apply in-person at the company and complete a registration form for each eligible pet.

4.2 The registration form will be emailed to the email address used for enrollment or may be picked up at the company’s front desk.

4.3 The pet will not be entitled to use of the membership benefits until the completed registration form is received by the company.

4.4 Please note that eligibility for the Emerald Elite - ER VIP Program is limited to canine and feline patients only.

5. Membership Benefits:

5.1 As a member of the Emerald Elite - ER VIP Program, the member and their eligible pets will receive the following benefits:

   a) Unlimited free emergency exams and consultations during regular business hours.

   b) A 20% discount on all other hospital services, including but not limited to diagnostic tests, treatments, surgeries, medications, and therapies.

   c) Exclusive communication and visitation hours for hospitalized patients, allowing members to receive updates and visit their pets.

    d) Exclusive access to special promotions, offers, and events.

5.2 This offer cannot be combined with any other discount. 

5.3 This membership is not transferable between pets. Each pet must be enrolled separately.

5.4 If a pet is deceased there are two options:

    a) Policy may be canceled, but must be canceled in accordance with section 2. (The initial six (6) - month term is still applicable) 

    b) Membership may be transferred to another pet in the same household, but the initial six (6) month commitment restarts based on the date of completed enrollment form     for the new pet. 

Please note that the benefits mentioned above are subject to the availability and discretion of the company and may be modified or discontinued with a minimum of thirty (30) days’ notice provided to the members.

6. Membership Fees:

6.1 Members are responsible for paying the applicable membership fees as outlined by the company at the time of enrollment.

6.2 Membership fees are subject to change with a minimum of thirty (30) days’ notice provided to the members.

6.3 Membership fees are non-refundable.

7. Liability:

7.1 The company and its affiliates shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries incurred by the member, their pets, or any third party, arising from the use or participation in the Program.

7.2 Members are solely responsible for the health and well-being of their pets and should consult with their regular veterinarian for any non-emergency medical needs.

8. Privacy:

8.1 The company will handle personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws and its privacy policy.

8.2 By opening a Emerald Elite - ER VIP Program Membership or by using either your benefits of the Program, including, without limitation: You consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data by the Company, the Emerald Elite - ER VIP Program, Participating Parties and Partner Programs, and their authorized third-party agents and licensees.

9. Modification of Terms:

9.1 The company reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time, with a minimum of thirty (30) days’ notice to the members.

9.2 Members will be deemed to have accepted any modifications or amendments unless a cancellation request is submitted in accordance with section 2.

10. Acknowledgment and consent.

10.1 By enrolling in the Emerald Elite - ER VIP Program, the member acknowledges and consents to abide by these terms and conditions.
